Job Summary
We are looking for a Teams Administrator to configure and manage Microsoft Teams environments for enterprise collaboration and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage Teams policies, governance, and lifecycle settings
- Integrate Teams with SharePoint, Outlook, and third-party tools
- Support voice integration and meeting policies for users
- Monitor performance and usage analytics
- Train users and support troubleshooting escalations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience administering Microsoft Teams in enterprise settings
- Knowledge of Teams Admin Center, PowerShell, and Teams Rooms
- Familiarity with M365 compliance and data retention settings
- Excellent communication and user support skills
- Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
