Teams Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Teams Administrator to configure and manage Microsoft Teams environments for enterprise collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage Teams policies, governance, and lifecycle settings
  • Integrate Teams with SharePoint, Outlook, and third-party tools
  • Support voice integration and meeting policies for users
  • Monitor performance and usage analytics
  • Train users and support troubleshooting escalations

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience administering Microsoft Teams in enterprise settings
  • Knowledge of Teams Admin Center, PowerShell, and Teams Rooms
  • Familiarity with M365 compliance and data retention settings
  • Excellent communication and user support skills
  • Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
