Job Summary
Seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to implement security best practices, monitor threats, and ensure compliance across cloud infrastructure in Azure or AWS environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure cloud-native security services (Defender for Cloud, GuardDuty, Security Hub)
- Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation
- Enforce IAM policies, MFA, and least-privilege models
- Support compliance initiatives (FedRAMP, NIST, HIPAA)
- Work with DevOps to integrate security into pipelines (DevSecOps)
Qualifications
- 3+ years in security roles focused on cloud environments
- Knowledge of Azure Security Center or AWS Security services
- Experience with security frameworks (NIST, CIS Benchmarks)
- Understanding of networking, IAM, and incident response
- Certifications preferred: Azure Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty
